After contacting us with the details of your future home, we will set up a time to meet at the house with you and/or your realtor. While we encourage you to attend the inspection, we understand busy schedules and travel demands. If unable to attend, your detailed report with pictures will touch on everything and more. Also we are available to discuss our findings after the inspection as well as anytime after you have moved in.
Detail 2
After a period of time to conduct our inspection, usually 1 to 2 hours, we will take you on a tour of the home to go over our findings, and answer your questions.
Detail 3
We will then present you with our unique inspection information binder. In this binder, we include useful documents and tools for home owners, in addition to information specific to your future home.
Detail 4
Two to three days later, we will send you and your realtor a PDF of your detailed inspection report, followed by a printed, three hole punched copy to insert in your binder for future reference.
